𝘿𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:
1. Preparation of daily and monthly reports such as Report of Accountability for Accountable Forms, Report of Checks Issued (Landbank and United Coconut Planters Bank), Petty Cash Fund Register, Cash Receipts Register, Check Disbursement Record and Cash Disbursement Record;
2. Preparation of check payments for suppliers, payrolls of job order personnel, salaries and wages of regular and casual employees, honoraria, fidelity bond, other government agencies and private entities;
3. Deposit daily cash collection
4. Transfer of fund to ensure adequacy of maintained reserve for operations and LWUA required reserve;
5. Performs additional tasks assigned by the General Manager and Acting Division Manager, as applicable.

𝘿𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:

1. Responsible in the preparation of the Corporate Operating Budget of the agency;
2. Responsible in the review and recommending approval of journal entries for cash receipts & collections, disbursements, and non-cash transactions;
3. Responsible in the review and recommending approval of payrolls of Job orders and regular/casual employees of the agency;
4. Responsible in the preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements of the agency;
5. Responsible in the review and approval of payments of monthly remittances (Due to BIR, Due to GSIS, Due to Philhealth & Due to Pag-ibig) of the agency;
6. Responsible in ensuring full and timely compliance with regulatory mandates;
7. Responsible in solving Audit Observation Memorandum (AOMs) & leads audit preparations and responses to findings;
8. Responsible in the preparation of COA related reports - (Report on Salaries and Allowances, Monitoring of Cash Advances, Monitoring of GPPA, Certificate of No Cell-card Allowance, Annexes 1-5 and Annexes A-D) for submission to COA;
9. Responsible in the preparation of monthly financial statements of the agency (Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Cash flows) and other related schedules;
10. Responsible in the preparation of the Monthly Data Sheet of the agency to be submitted to LWUA and any other related reports;
11. Responsible in the preparation of Budget Reversions & Supplemental Budgets as necessary;
12. Responsible in computing and analyzing financial trends/ratios in determining the KPIs as required by LWUA and provides insights to management;
13. Responsible in ensuring that planned procurement are accomplished within target date according to PPMP, within budget;
14. Responsible in updating employee salary records as adjusted thru implementation of SSL, Step Increment, Promotion, Demotion;
15. Responsible in updating the Business Plan of the agency;
16. Other tasks required by the agency.
